Wrong size, not the right colour – whatever it is, we’re happy to help you find the right pair.

The basics

• Return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition, with the box intact.
• This policy covers purchases made on lemonadefootwear.com and lemonadefootwear.com.au.

Who pays the return postage?

• Our mistake (wrong item, colour or size sent, or a faulty or damaged item): we pay the return postage and send you a prepaid return label.
• Sizing or change of mind: return postage is at your cost.

How to return or exchange

1. Email info@lemonadefootwear.com.au with your order number, your name and the reason for the return. For an exchange, tell us the size or style you’d like instead.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions (and a prepaid label if the return is due to our mistake).
3. Pack the shoes in their original box and send them back.
4. Once your return arrives, we’ll send out your new size or style, or process your refund.

Exchanges

You can exchange for another size or design of the same value. The value of your original item is the amount shown on your invoice; the new item is valued at its online listed price when the exchange is processed.

Refunds

Prefer a refund instead of an exchange? Just tell us when you email. Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return arrives. For sizing or change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Wrong, faulty or missing items

If you receive the wrong item, colour or size, something is missing, or an item is faulty or damaged, email info@lemonadefootwear.com.au with your order number and a photo. We’ll send the correct item out at our cost and send you a prepaid label for the return.

Items bought from a Lemonade stockist

Products bought through our stockists follow that stockist’s own returns policy and can only be returned to the original place of purchase.
